The Gainsborough Bath Spa - Bath, Somerset

The hotel operates three restaurants and two bars. The original mill building contains a traditional bar with flag-stone floors and oak-panelled walls. The Granary building is a lakeside bar and restaurant, and the chef aims to source ingredients from within a 20-mile radius of Haselbury.

The Tithe Barn venue is used for large gatherings, weddings, and private functions. Haselbury Mill offers indoor and outdoor event spaces, along with well-equipped conference rooms for business meetings. Catering for events is prepared with locally sourced seasonal ingredients.

The hotel has a pet-friendly policy that welcomes dogs within guest rooms and the dining areas. Family rooms are offered for travelers with children. The 14 acres of grounds provide extensive space for outdoor activities and picnics.

Haselbury Mill is located 1.6 km from the market town of Crewkerne and a 25-minute drive from Taunton and the M5 motorway. Nearby points of interest include cider distilleries in Somerset and historic sites related to William the Conqueror. The River Parrett and the Somerset Levels are close for walking and outdoor activities.
